I hereby grant Asbury Park Dance Festival (APDF) permission to utilize video and photographic images of my work/performance from the rehearsal and performance on August 26, 2023 at the House of Independents in Asbury Park, NJ.

 

I grant permission for the photographs and documented video to be used for archival purposes.  Additionally, permission is granted for the photographs and up to 15 seconds of recorded video footage of the work to be utilized in festival promotional materials on APDF’s website and across their social media channels.  My name, as well as the title of the work, will be listed accordingly for any promotional uses.

No streaming/television broadcasting of this recording of the work shall be allowed.

Any reproduction or showing of the work, outside of the parameters described will require my written consent. A copy of the video recording and images, if approved by the Choreographer or their representative, will be shared with me upon request to apdancefest@gmail.com.
