This agreement is made and entered into by and between [ARTIST] and AP Dance Festival, Inc. (APDF) for participation in the Asbury Park Dance Festival, limited to a one-time performance at 7:00 PM on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at House of Independents in Asbury Park, NJ, for a total payment of $300.00 (inclusive of a $25 lunch stipend).
The Parties agree that ARTIST:
1. Will perform one dance work at APDF at 7:00 PM on Saturday, August 29, 2026.
2. Will attend technical rehearsal as needed, according to the APDF production schedule.
3. Will attend activities associated with APDF, including the artists/sponsor post-performance reception immediately following the festival performance.
The Parties agree that APDF:
1. Shall be responsible for the management of APDF, including fundraising activities, marketing and promotion, and volunteer coordination as they apply to APDF.
2. Shall be responsible for all artist transportation to and from Asbury Park, including any associated costs for personal travel (gas, parking, local car service), and will provide snacks and beverages at the theater throughout the day, as well as dinner at the post-performance reception.
